(Sure, you’re good at what you do. But is it enough?)
Trust me — Spontaneous Mastery isn’t hope. Transformational breakthroughs aren’t accidental. They’re precise, specific, designed, and predictable. This isn’t something you’re born with (or not). It’s deliberate, systematic, and learned. In 8 sessions over ten weeks I’ll show you exactly what to do that makes the difference.
The practitioners who consistently create breakthroughs — lasting change, not temporary relief — aren't working from a bigger toolkit. They're working from a different operating system. And it can be learned: deliberately, systematically, faster than you'd think. That's what Spontaneous Mastery is.
There are still moments in session where you're not sure what's happening — where you're reaching for the right approach and hoping it lands. Nobody talks about this. Not in trainings, not at conferences, not in the courses promising more tools for your toolkit.
After 45 years, here's what I know: more tools isn't the answer.
Working with Sid is an amazing experience. He uses both story and strategy to create understanding — you'll leave with skills you can apply the same day. Gregg Korrol, RRI Results LifeCoach & Author, NYC
For years I was winging it. Solid techniques, good teachers, decent results — sometimes. But half the time I had no idea if what I was doing would work. I was guessing. Hoping something would stick before the client lost faith in me. Or before I lost faith in myself.
Then Greg Brodsky walked in and, in the first 60 seconds, said the thing nobody says:
"You've been learning great stuff. And sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't — and you don't know why. I'm going to show you."
For two days he demolished everything I thought I knew. He had real, testable, repeatable principles — why things worked, why they failed. He could pick a target and hit it, every time. And here's what hit hardest: he could teach it. Not just demonstrate — hand you procedures you could use immediately.
Two weeks later, those tools literally saved lives. Four times. I mean it literally. That set me on a path I've walked for 45 years — learning how to transfer that clarity to every practitioner I train.
A word — "education" — surfaced years of avoidance for a client who believed it had held her back. Most practitioners would dig into the pain. I went the other way: found genuinely wonderful learning experiences she'd forgotten, and connected them back to her future.
Weeks later she called it life-changing. I checked the recording to be sure.
A retired bombardier, Korean War, sat quietly through a basic workshop — then asked to share something he'd never told anyone, including his wife beside him. By the end, something shifted. He didn't just feel better. He was better.
The question is whether you can create that reliably. That's a capacity — and it can be developed.
Eight sessions of theory, demonstration, small-group practice and homework. Amazing learning — and connecting with kindred spirits leveling up their coaching. Mark Nienaber, Social Worker & Entrepreneur, Baton Rouge, LA
Most programs teach techniques. This one develops capacities. Techniques are tools you pull from a filing cabinet when you think they might fit. Sometimes they do. When they don't, you reach for another and hope.
A capacity is different. When you can perceive what a client is actually communicating — beneath the words, the story, the way they've framed the problem — the right response doesn't get pulled from anywhere. It emerges, in the moment it's needed.
That's not mystical intuition. It's what happens when principles are internalized so deeply you stop thinking about technique and start perceiving. The great practitioners don't have a bigger toolkit — they have a different way of seeing. Eight sessions. Eight capacities. Each building on the last.
See the architecture of how someone is stuck — not just the content. When you perceive structure directly, the right intervention becomes self-evident.
Rapport isn't a technique — it's a capacity. Create connection deep enough that transformation becomes possible. Well beyond matching and mirroring.
What clients say they want and what they actually want differ. When someone fully contacts their genuine outcome, motivation stops being an issue — and you learn to get there fast.
Behavioral change doesn't always stick. Identity change does. See how someone built their sense of self, and help them rebuild it so lasting change feels inevitable.
Emotion has structure. Help clients fundamentally reorganize their relationship to decades of emotional weight — real change, not temporary relief.
Everyone runs on invisible maps that drive every decision unexamined. Perceive them directly, and help clients see what they've never seen about themselves.
The most powerful work happens in conversation — the casual moments where defenses drop. Do transformational work inside natural dialogue.
Help clients build a future so vivid and embodied their whole system orients toward it automatically. When they can feel it this clearly, everything else follows.
The best part were the practice exercises. As a group we practiced everything he presented — it organized a lot for me and helped me apply it directly in my practice. Piotr Rudnicki, Coach & Consultant, Olsztyn, Poland
Structured practice every session — built on what you covered, ready to use immediately with real clients.
A handout every session you'll return to long after the program ends.
Every session recorded — video in your hands within 24 hours.
Direct access throughout — real questions answered in the flow of the work, not a Q&A queue.
Direct access to the master of NLP himself. Even after the program, the recordings have been an incredible gift. The return on investment was well beyond expectations. Johana Reyes Zeno, VP National Sales, Grainger México
The work requires real attention to each person and where they are. That's impossible at thirty, and barely works at fifteen. Ten means everyone gets seen.
Seats are available as I write this — but it will fill.
Inspiring and immediately applicable. An outstanding, unique training for practitioners looking to elevate their skills with a true NLP master. Mari Toni Moreno, MBA, Life Coach
Not for you if you want a passive experience, a certification for your bio, or more theory.
Over 10 years coaching real estate full-time, and I had no idea how much I'd get from this. I look forward to going through it again — repetition is the mother of skill. Angi Bell, Coach & Trainer, St. Augustine, FL
Need a payment arrangement? Reach out directly and we'll set that up.
Do it. I left with tools I could implement immediately — in my clients' lives and my own. I show up with greater confidence, knowing I can help people break through. Trevor MacCalder, Coach & Trainer, Ottawa, Canada
These aren't lectures. We demonstrate, we practice, you work on real material — with each other, and sometimes on yourself. Two things follow.
First, you leave each session with something you can use the next day. Not theory — a capacity you've begun to develop, because you practiced it.
Second — honestly — some of this touches your own experience. Not the point of the program, but a natural byproduct of doing the work seriously. Practitioners have told me they walked away with changes they weren't expecting — in themselves, not just their work. I won't promise that. But I won't pretend it doesn't happen.
What I will promise: show up ready to practice, and you'll leave different than you arrived.
I've done this since the late 1970s, trained practitioners in dozens of countries, and watched people put down things they'd carried for decades — sometimes in a single conversation. I know what mastery looks like, how it develops, and that it can be transferred. That's the only reason this program exists.
