Continuing Education Units (ceu’s)
Our programs have been accepted for professional continuing education by boards and licensing agencies in many fields, from dentistry to accounting, social work to counseling. You should always check with the professional licensing body in your field to check on the acceptability of any training program. Though there are too many individual organizations for us to affiliate with, we are approved providers of ceu’s for the following licensing boards:
For Counselors
The South Central Institute of NLP is recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors to offer continuing education for National Certified Counselors. It is the responsibility of the provider to abide by the NBCC Continuing Education Guidelines. #5413
For Substance Abuse Counselors
The South Central Institute of NLP is approved by the Louisiana State Board of Certification For Substance Abuse Counselors. #E012
For Nurses
“The NLP Intensive Training Program has been approved for 27 contact hours in conjunction with East Jefferson General Hospital. East Jefferson General Hospital has been approved as a provider of continuing education in nursing by the Louisiana State Nurses Association for the period or 2-28-2002 to 2-28-2005. LSNA is accredited as an approver of continuing education in nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.” (LSBN Provider #4)
